📝 Project Background
Kippy is a startup based in Milan, Italy, that provides GPS tracker and activity monitoring solution for pets. The upgrade of UI/UX is a natural need for the company's ambition to provide the best of industry customer experience for the pet owners in Europe and beyond.
📌 Challenges
As a UI/UX designer within the development team, I collaborate closely with both R&D and the front-end development unit to execute a comprehensive overhaul of the Kippy mobile application's design. In this role, I'm tasked with delivering rapid turnarounds and prompt responses to novel features, aligning them with the company's strategic objectives. Simultaneously, I strive to ensure these functionalities are not only business-aligned but also translated into an intuitive and user-friendly experience for our valuable customers.
